"Easy to Fit Into My Week"
I really like that I can move the workouts around depending on how much time I have and what level I’m feeling that day. It literally makes it so much easier to stay consistent when my week gets chaotic. A few parts could be explained a little more clearly, but overall the customization is super helpful and doesn’t feel overwhelming.

"Good workouts, but the layout is confusing"
The workouts themselves are good, and I do feel like I’m getting something out of them. But the program structure is confusing. I keep having to stop and figure out what I’m supposed to do next, and then I’m second-guessing if I’m even following it right. It just feels confusing in places where it should be simple. Good content, but the way it’s organized could definitely be clearer

"Didn’t keep me motivated"
I signed up hoping the trainer would really help keep me on track, especially since my sister had been encouraging me to stick with a routine. But it felt flat. The workouts were there, sure, but I didn’t really feel pushed or checked in on. It was more like I was just left to figure it out myself. Maybe it works better for other people, but I lost interest quickly and stopped using it

"Got help way faster than I expected"
I had a question about my account, i was expecting to wait around for a while. But support got back to me really quickly, which I definitely appreciated.

What stood out to me was that it didn’t feel like some generic copy-paste response. They actually answered my question, and for me, that made the whole situation feel a lot easier and way less stressful.

"Good group vibe, app is a bit clunky"
I came in mainly for the workouts, but the community ended up being the part I liked more. People seem decent, and seeing others post their progress kind of gives you that little push to keep going.

The rough part is the app/site can be a bit all over the place sometimes. Like, if you’re trying to find something specific, it’s not always super clear where to go. Support or replies from the team can also feel slow here and there.

Overall, it’s fine. I wouldn’t say it blew me away or anything, but the group atmosphere helps a lot. If you need a bit of accountability and don’t mind the app being slightly confusing, it’s not bad.

"Tough workouts, but worth sticking with"
The workouts are definitely not easy, especially on leg day. I had to stop and catch my breath a few times, but I actually like that it challenges me and makes me feel like I am improving. I do wish there were a few more beginner-friendly options though. Overall, it has been a good experience.

"I didn’t expect the meal plan to..."
I didn’t expect the meal plan to be this practical. It’s not full of fancy ingredients or anything that feels out of touch, just normal foods I already tend to buy. The portions also feel fair and reasonable, so I’m not stuck cooking all day or wasting food, which matters to me.
What I appreciate most is that it fits into a real busy week, and I can swap things when I need to without feeling like I’ve failed. It makes eating better feel less like a strict rulebook and more like a sensible way to take better care of myself. I’m really happy with it.

"Good if you're just getting started"
I was kind of rushing when I tried it, but it was still easy to get into. Nothing felt too intimidating, so I’d say it’s a good pick for total beginners.

"I genuinely like the workouts, and the..."
I genuinely like the workouts, and the site is easy to get around. But it’s not always as reliable as it should be. I’ve had videos buffer a few times, and once it even logged me out right in the middle of a session. It’s not a total dealbreaker since refreshing usually fixes it, but when people are paying and trying to build a routine, the basics should really work better than that. It’s frustrating when you’re finally motivated and the site gets in the way.

"Helpful, but maybe a little basic"
Maybe it’s just me, but the check-ins do help me stay on track, even though I wish they felt a bit more personal. The reminders are useful, but I’ll admit they’re also easy to ignore sometimes. Overall, it’s good for basic accountability, just not quite as motivating as I was hoping it would be...

"Not gonna lie, the videos were a bit hard to follow"
Not gonna lie, I had a hard time following the videos. The instructions weren’t super clear, so I found myself having to pause and rewatch parts to figure out what I was supposed to do

"Decent, just not as quick as I hoped"
I’ll admit the workouts are good overall, even if I was expecting them to be a bit faster. Some days I end up spending more time trying to figure out what I’m supposed to do than actually working out, which is frustrating. Still, once I get going, it’s not bad...

After about 6 weeks, my body’s actually starting to look firmer, which is kind of wild. I’m happy with it so far, i blame myself for not paying closer attention sooner

"Nutrition advice that actually clicked for me"
I mainly signed up for the nutrition help, and it’s been way more useful than I expected. The meals aren’t strange or overly strict, just normal, simple stuff I can actually stick with. I understand portions a lot better now, and I don’t beat myself up if I have an off day. I’ve been really happy with it so far, and if they’re offering any kind of credit or compensation for sharing feedback, I’d definitely appreciate it.

"I signed up thinking the pricing was pretty..."
I signed up thinking the pricing was straightforward, but then the charges on my bill didn’t really match what I expected. The billing info wasn’t clear at all, and it made me hesitant to reach out to customer service because I don’t feel like I can fully trust them to give me a straight answer.

"I really like the mix of workout..."
I really like the mix of workout programs and there are plenty of options to choose from. The only downside is that finding what I want isn’t always as easy as it should be, which feels avoidable. Overall, still a solid experience.

"Progress tracking is fine, but I’m not totally sold"
I’ve been using Workouts By Katya for a few weeks now, and the progress tracking is okay overall. It’s nice being able to see which workouts I’ve completed, and it does help keep me a little more accountable when I’m tempted to skip a day.
That said, it feels basic, and I’m not fully sure how much I trust it as a long-term tracking tool. I was hoping for more useful details, like strength changes over time or clearer stats that actually show progress. It’s not bad, but the quality of the tracking feels a bit underwhelming compared to what I expected.

"I’ve been using the subscription for a..."
I’ve been using the subscription for a few months now, i think it’s been worth the money so far. There are enough workouts that I’m not immediately bored, which I half expected to happen since apps like this always make everything look better upfront.

That said, the app can feel a little clunky some days, and I do wonder why the beginner guidance isn’t a bit clearer. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does make me slightly suspicious that they expect people to already know what they’re doing and just keep paying anyway.
For the monthly price, though, I feel like I’m getting decent use out of it. It’s definitely not perfect, but it’s good enough that I’m keeping it for now, as long as it keeps feeling like I’m actually getting something back

"This app is ridiculously easy to use"
I was so relieved using this app. Finding workouts is super simple, and I never feel lost or confused, which is basically a miracle for me. The videos load really fast too, and that alone made me weirdly happy. It’s literally all I needed.

"Good workouts, but you may need extra gear"
I’ve been enjoying the workouts overall, but a few of them do require things like dumbbells or resistance bands, so it’s worth checking before you start. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, but I did end up having to buy a couple of items I wasn’t expecting. Hopefully they offer some kind of credit or compensation for that, because otherwise the program is solid. I’d give it 4 stars.
